We are located on the Black Isle, approx. 13 miles from Inverness overlooking Fortrose with an astounding panoramic view of the Moray Firth.
Being only 5 minutes from Fortrose, we are easily accessed by car and have suitable parking.

Travelling from Inverness, take the A9 north over the Kessock Bridge,Continue for 6 miles to the Tore RoundaboutTake the 4th exit (A832 signposted Fortrose, Cromarty)Continue through Tore, past Munlochy, through Avoch and into FortroseIn Fortrose, look for a left-hand junction signposted Killen (immediate before the Co-op Supermarket)Continue on out of Fortrose, up the hill and onto a single width road for almost 1 mileTake the right turning onto a gravel track signposted Broomhill (as the road exits some woodland over a crest)Follow the gravel track up through the forest and on towards the farmParking is signposted on the left as you approach the farm.ed on the left as you approach the farm.
